DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in OpenBSD, which can be exploited
by malicious, local users to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).

The vulnerability is caused due to an error in the "ip_ctloutput()"
function and can be exploited by using the "getsockopt()" function to
retrieve IPsec credentials for a socket.

Successful exploitation causes a kernel panic.

SOLUTION:
Apply patch.
