DESCRIPTION:
Two vulnerabilities have been reported in openswan-2, which can be
exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).
1) An error in the handling of IKE packets with an invalid 3DES key
length can be exploited to cause a DoS.
2) An unknown error in the handling of certain specially crafted IKE
packets can be exploited to cause a DoS.
The vulnerabilities are related to:
SA17553
The vulnerabilities have been reported in versions prior to 2.4.2.
SOLUTION:
Vulnerability #1 has been fixed in version 2.4.2.
