DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in OpenBSD, which potentially can
be exploited by malicious, local users to bypass certain security
restrictions.

The vulnerability is caused due to an unspecified error in the
handling of "/dev/fd". This can be exploited by malicious users to
trick suid programs into re-opening files via "/dev/fd".

SOLUTION:
Apply patches.
