DESCRIPTION:
Nuno Justo has discovered a vulnerability in AnyPortal(php), which
can be exploited by malicious users to disclose and manipulate
sensitive information, and compromise a vulnerable system.

Input passed to the "F" parameter in "siteman.php3" isn't properly
sanitised before being used to create, edit, or view files. This can
be exploited to disclose or manipulate the content of arbitrary files
via directory traversal attacks.

The vulnerability has been confirmed in version 0.1. Other versions
may also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Edit the source code to ensure that input is properly sanitised.
