DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in AIX, which can be exploited by
malicious, local users to perform certain actions with escalated
privileges.

The vulnerability is caused due to an unspecified error in the
"rm_mlcache_file" command and makes it possible to overwrite the
contents of arbitrary files.

SOLUTION:
Apply Interim fix until APARs are available.
