DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in AIX, which can be exploited by
malicious, local users to gain escalated privileges.

The vulnerability is caused due to an unspecified error in the
"lsmcode" program and can be exploited to execute arbitrary code with
root privileges.

SOLUTION:
The vendor recommends changing permissions to "500" on the file to
prevent non-root users from running the command.

Interim fixes and APARs will reportedly soon be available.
