SOFTWARE:

DESCRIPTION:
Two vulnerabilities have been reported in Wikkawiki, which can be
exploited by malicious people to conduct script insertion attacks and
potentially to bypass certain security restrictions.
1) Incorrect use of the "strstr()" function within the "Method()"
function can potentially be exploited to bypass certain security
checks and may allow access to arbitrary PHP files on the server.
2) Input passed to certain parameters in /formatters/wakka.php is not
properly sanitised before being used. This can be exploited to insert
arbitrary HTML and script code, which will be executed in a user's
browser session in context of an affected site when malicious data is
viewed.
The vulnerabilities have been reported in versions prior to 1.1.6.2.
SOLUTION:
Update to version 1.1.6.2.
